the staff received me like a vip (very important person) from arrival. they addressed every request promptly. the spa packages were quite good, very clean and well-organized. i particularly enjoyed the rooftop bar. the breakfast selection was excellent, and the variety spoiled me for subsequent hotels.

the room service menu lacked options i found appealing.

the staff were very attentive at all times . i found the location walkable to many attractions. i especially enjoyed the breakfast, as it had many delicious options available. the rooftop bar provided great sunset views.

the morning street noise was noticeable, made sleeping in a bit challenging.
